“How transparent should a leader be?”

• How important is transparency in leadership?
• Is it ok for a team to know of the leader's personal challenges (illness, family issues, etc)?
• In times of legal, political or financial turmoil, how much does a leader divulge?
• How open should a leader be about instructions, challenges, disagreements, etc with those who have a higher rank in the organization?
